The main challenge was creating a pillow configurator that allows users to compose their ideal pillow in three steps: step 1 – shape, step 2 – fabric, step 3 – size. Based on the user’s selections, the price needed to update instantly. We solved this with a clear three-step flow, where users see a live price update at the bottom of the viewport. Users can easily switch between steps and only add the pillow to the cart in the final step. In addition to the configurator, users needed the option to order four free swatches. We addressed this by adding a swatch bar at the bottom of the screen, giving users a clear overview of their selected samples, with the ability to easily add or remove them from the cart. In total, 13 sections were designed, allowing users to easily build and customize their own pages. The existing colors and typography were translated into a clean design. The result is a functional webshop that delivers exactly what is needed, fully aligned with the client’s goals.
